Az ICT igazgatóság a KBC magyarországi érdekeltségei számára biztosít magas színvonalú informatikai megoldásokat. Megtervezzük, kialakítjuk és üzemeltetjük a Bankcsoport informatikai rendszerét. A Közép-európai adatközpontunk magas színvonalú adatközpont szolgáltatásokat nyújt a közép-európai (Csehország, Szlovákia, Belgium, Írország) KBC Group szervezetek számára.

Main tasks

Daily support towards internal customers and external suppliers of Central European Datacenters of KBC Group in Hungary.

Support the Data Centre Services department in managing and operating the data centre technical infrastructure.

Perform I(nstall), M(ove), A(dd), C(hange) and D(e-install) activities inside the datacenters to support the daily operations of all IT departments.

Detailed responsibilities

IT tasks

Basic installation of IT hardware (e.g. installation of 19” racks, mounting and connecting server, telecom and storage hardware in 19” racks)

Cabling – Copper and fibre optics data cables

Basic IT hardware trouble shooting during incidents (also check 24/7 standby requirements)

Administration in central Asset and Configuration Management application

Hardware inventory

Supporting external engineers during installation, maintenance or other technical interventions

Logistics

Goods acceptance and shipment of IT equipment

Administration in central Asset and Configuration Management database

Facilities tasks

Assist Data Center Facility Management team according to pre defined processes and procedures (incident handling and physical access management)

Assist external engineers during installation, maintenance or other technical interventions

Location of Central European Data Centres of KBC:

Törökbálint, Hungary

Baracska, Hungary

Working hours:

Monday to Friday on a rotational basis in the following shifts

from 7 am to 3:30 pm

from 8 am to 4:30 pm

from 9:30 am to 6 pm

On-call duty on a rotational basis outside of working hours (5-10 days per month)

from 6 pm to 7 am (Monday to Friday)

7 am to 7 am (Saturday and Sunday)

Conditions for getting the job

Good knowledge of written and spoken English

Able to read and understand technical schematics, plans, workflow diagrams and procedure&process descriptions

Familiar and able to work with Microsoft Office software

Familiar and able to work with Microsoft Windows 10 operating system and Microsoft Outlook email client

Service & customer minded and good communication skills while taking the importance of strict procedures and service level agreements into consideration

Solution oriented and stress resistant

Open, enthusiastic, eager and fast learner when getting in contact with new techniques

Able to work autonomous while keeping the importance of teamwork in mind

Critical perception of security and safety risks

Previously gained experience in either data centre or IT related environment is a plus

Basic knowledge of IT hardware is a plus but not compulsory
