Main tasks

  • Build and lead a diverse team of experts from various fields, take responsibility for
    • Product and process management
    • Fraud and Risk management; Compliance
    • IT operations (maintenance and development)
    • Manage service contracts with outsourcing partners
  • Assure the entity’s operational stability, continuity and manage key external service providers (transaction processor, service companies, etc.)
  • Drive various integration projects to exploit synergies with Czech merchant acquiring operations
  • Drive the continuous development of acquiring product and processes in line with market needs
  • Assure continuous compliance with legal requirements Group Risk management and Compliance policies and for 2nd line control of the organization’s activities

Conditions for getting the job

  • University or college degree
  • Min. 10 years of banking experience with min. 5 years related to card acquiring (strong understanding of card acquiring business, products and IT solutions)
  • Min. 5 years of management experience
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English languages (both written and oral)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills
  • Strong problem solving, analytical skills and data-driven thinking with willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Ability to develop strategies and effectively communicate them to management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advantage for getting the job

  • Finance (accounting and controlling) experience with special focus on financial planning, performance management, accounting and regulatory reporting
