tasks:

Initiate Business Development projects to enhance the customer experience. Work to ensure that the Company has a consistent value proposition for each segment of the individual customers throughout the whole product range and the various distribution channels in order to reach its strategic goals and to acquire new customers via a unique customer experience.

  • participate in the digital transformation of the Company’s processes and overall customer experience, i.e. creation of online onboarding capability; creation of digital self-service capability
  • cooperate with Group stakeholders in improving customer experience in card acquiring across KBC Group
  • represent the needs and requirements of Hungarian business in Group-wide projects and discussions
  • drive continuous optimization of customer facing processes based on regular “Voice of customer” analysis and other sources of customer feedback
  • identify new ways of impressing our customers

what you need for success:

  • college / university degree in Business, Economics
  • minimum 3 years banking and marketing experience with several years of experience in strategical and tactical planning, segmentation, profiling of SME and Corporate clients preferably in financial industry
  • working knowledge in data governance, GDPR compliant marketing and CRM
  • 3+ years coordination and project management experience
  • fluent English
  • extensive experience with financial products, preferably experience with card acquiring
  • excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to build credible, trusted and strong working relationships
  • strong negotiation, influencing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate to and persuade people
  • self-confidence and ability to take decisions
