Initiate Customer Development projects and manage execution to enhance the customer experience. Work to ensure that the Bank has a consistent value proposition for each segment of the individual customers throughout the whole product range and the various distribution channels. Manage and coordinate journey execution to reach the strategic and communication goals of the Bank to acquire new customers and engage existing ones via a unique customer experience.

  • solid experience with financial products
  • experiences in customer journey management preferably from financial sector
  • ability to oversee day-to-day operation of campaigns and customer journeys management
  • analytical mindset, accuracy, and reliability
  • strong project management skills
  • excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • experiences in developing of consistent measurement approach and delivering campaign reporting

what you need for success:

  • college / university degree in Business, Economics (MBA is an advantage)
  • minimum 3 years banking and marketing experience with several years of experience in strategical and tactical planning, campaign management, segmentation, profiling of retail and SME clients preferably in financial industry
  • working knowledge in data governance, GDPR compliant marketing and CRM, laws and ethics
  • 2+ years coordination and project management experience
  • fluent English
  • high level use of software (MS Office)
