You & K&H

main tasks

  • oversees K&H’s domestic and cross border funds transfer business processes
  • finetunes funds transfer risk control processes
  • business owner and supervisor of fund transfer related project portfolio
  • creates and executes funds transfer development strategies
  • maintains and develops funds transfer business architecture
  • close collaboration with KBC group payment expert unit (in enhancing K&H processes, finding and exploiting synergies, knowledge sharing)
  • professional leader of funds transfer product and process management unit of 3-5 
  • reports to head of Payments product development
  • close cooperation with partner units (operation, card, account product management, IT, IRM, legal/compliance, non financial risk, business segments, …)

what you need for success:

  • university degree
  • 5+ years experience  in banking sector
  • 3+ years experience in payment, preferably fund transfer domain
  • strong communication skills, also in English
  • organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and respond well under pressure
  • co-operative and team-oriented, being able to motivate and organize yourself and the team
  • able to adhere to tight deadlines, develop and maintain relationships


  • experience in managing projects, project teams
  • leadership experience
