KBC Group, the parent company of the Hungarian K&H Bank, is a leading European financial group with a focus on providing bank-insurance products and services to retail, private banking, SME and mid-cap clients, in our core countries: Belgium, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Bulgaria. 

IT Management decided on a nearshore HR strategy based on 3 locations: the core internal workforce is based in Belgium, Czech Republic and in Hungary. Therefore not only our services are international, but also our teams. 

Our responsibilities range from day-to-day operation to application development and its operation. 

We are constantly expanding the Hungarian side of the team, which is why we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated new employees with junior, medior, or possibly senior work experience. 

What your job will be: 

As an Application Manager you have a diverse pallet of tasks : 

• You will be an important bridge between the different users of the Microsoft .NET  application and the IT colleagues.
• You will be responsible for screening and implementing hardware drivers for DELL devices.
• Incident and problem management by using the Service Now application.
• Proactively working on process improvements.
• Follow up on change requests: discussing business requirements, testing, communication.
• Creating and maintaining documentation.
• Be responsible for the access rights and team bundles.

What we expect from You: 

• We are looking for a self-driven, dynamic professional: 
• Who has 1-3 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’ degree.
• Who is happy to take responsibility in the end to end process.  
• Who knows about the SAFE agile way of working.
• Who can work accurately and can deal with deadlines.
• Who is well motivated.
• Someone who can work independently.
• Who is ready to motivate colleagues in completing their tasks.
• You are comfortable with taking initiative and taking responsibility.
• Who continuously interact with his/her colleagues and who is able to communicate his/her ideas in a fluent, structured and convincing way. Given the international context, English and collaboration via digital collaboration tools is not a problem.   
• Who is open to continuously learn and acquire new skills.
• Experience as a project manager is an advantage.

• After sending your CV in English, expect a three-round interview process, one online in English with the Belgian scrum master,  one online technical in English with the product owner and one at our office in Budapest (in Hungarian)
