main tasks:

support PSD2 API unit in

coordinating business as usual working mode of K&H API infrastucture. Contribute to new projects and deliverables related to PSD2 API

follow Berlin Group API Standard changes

manage API documentation and development portals, and regulatory API related reports

support API strategy / API utilization business ideas of the bank

coordinate change management

elaborate business requirements/specifications for ICT

represent API viewpoint to other relevant projects of the bank

contribute user acceptance testing

contribute to operational risk first line controls of API infrastructure

participate in KBC Group common exercises

collaboration with complaint handling, Fraud monitoring, etc.

SZÉP card product development

competitor watch

elaborate business requirements of new IT developments

&coordinate legal, IT, marketing activities along K&H SZÉP card

continuous process improvement

support new SZÉP card acquiring partners

own tasks:

correspodence with TPPs, support onboarding process, route technical related questions and incidents to Service Desk and related IT depertments.

regulation, market and competitor watch

monitor K&H API perfomances, and SLAs

maintain GTCs and announcements related to K&H PSD2 API
