The ICT directorate provide high level IT solutions to the Hungarian affiliates of KBC. We plan, establish and maintain the IT system of the Bank group. Our Central European data center provides high quality services to the members of the KBC group in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium and Ireland.

What you will do: 
  • Agile strategy development and execution: define, implement and adjust the organisation’s agile transformation strategy
  • Change mangement and cultural transformation: drive organizational change to foster an agile mindset across all levels of the company
  • Training and capability building: ensure agile principles and best practices are understood and effectively applied
  • Agile metrics and performance tracking: define key performance indicators to measure the success of agile adoption, monitor progress and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data
  • Tooling and infrastructure support: oversee the selection and implementation of agile tools and platforms that support transformation and collaboration
  • Leadership and team management: lead the agile transformation unit, including agile coaches, scrum masters,
  • Experience in agile transformation within a complex organisation as a leader

  • experience in agile transformation within a complex organisation as a leader
  • strategic planning, portfolio management and governance expertise
  • excellent communication/negotiation skill
  • expertise in transformation metrics, dashboards and KPIs
  • deep understanding of change governance
  • experience fostering agile, collaborative, and outcome-driven environment
  • fluent English communication skills
  • MsC in IT or/and economics
  • bank/financial sector background is a great advantage
