As a system engineer in the endpoints team you are responsible for the management and monitoring of the installed systems and infrastructure. You perform E2E implementations, you install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools in order to ensure highest level of availability and a smooth user experience.

What your job will be:
- You provide 3rd line support.
- You perform troubleshooting to resolve issues and problems.
- You perform maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes and security configurations.
- You monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- You monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
- You work within an established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes
- You select and implement management tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team.
- You interact with vendors and other IT personnel to solve problems.
- You configure and install various devices and services (dependent on the team you will join)
- You realize various and multiple system engineering activities such as preparation, design, build, testing, installation, run, incident and problem handling of (changes on) technological systems/products/services and other system related infrastructural activities.
- You can create PowerShell scripts for Intune and Azure environment.
- You provide on-call support.
What we expect from You:
- You have strong problem solving skills in a Windows (10 and 11) environment .
- You have a good knowledge of device management technologies with a view to integration, configuration and maintenance within a modern endpoint platform (Azure, Intune, SCCM, GPO management, virtualization technologies)
- Very good knowledge of the different OS environments.
- You are able to communicate in English.
- Knowlegde of ELK, AFS (Azure Foundation Service), remote support tools, MacOS, IOS, Android, printers and other peripherals is an advantage.
- Knowlegde of security tools is an advantage.
- Willingnes to learn new technologies is required.
- You have strong analytical skills

What you can expect during the recruitment process:
- After sending your CV in English, expect a three-round interview process, one online with our local recruiter, one online in English with the Belgian team leader, and the final round is in person at our office in Budapest (in Hungarian) to get to know each other better.
