As part of the Control Tower team, you will:

Manage daily operations of mainframe and open systems
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Service Delivery Owners
Investigate and resolve incidents with precision and efficiency
Ensure minimal disruption and strive for zero downtime
Analyze recurring issues and proactively initiate improvements
