As a member of the Advanced modeling team, you’re at the heart of our strategy and together, we will develop artificial intelligence and data solutions that transform our business and make sure they are used correctly to deliver business impact.

What do we expect from you?

You take care of the project life cycle management: coach and support all AI projects (cases) of your business domains end to end, from structuring and fostering the generation of new ideas, to ensuring the full implementation in the business context, realizing the full value potential and keeping administration/governance aspects in order.

Portfolio management: this includes building and managing a portfolio of AI cases across domains, support the risk and value assessment, and aligning with the K&H strategy. You closely collaborate with the business, project managers/project owners and supporting functions to ensure there is a robust pipeline of AI cases with strong stakeholder buy-in and well-grounded in company planning.

Communication and knowledge sharing: facilitate communication between business, data scientists and IT, keep up with new evolutions regarding the business as well as data and analytics, and share your insights within the organisation, in Hungary and group-wide.

You act as a Local risk and compliance manager (LORM) for AI and commercial data projects. You will be the first line for risk evaluation and cooperation with compliance, legal and information security functions to ensure every activity is aligned with internal and external regulations.

what you need for success:

Your strengths?

common sense, understanding of business concepts in banking, ability to spot opportunities and a strong focus on delivering business value
experience with project lifecycle including managing financial and risk aspects. Specific familiarity with data analytics and AI projects from business case, compliance, project management or technical angle is a huge plus
you have a degree in a quantitative business discipline (economics/finance, accounting)
you communicate fluently in English and Hungarian
you are eager to learn continuously about the world of data, analytics and artificial intelligence, and build up solid knowledge from a non-technical perspective
