Tasks:

managing special watch & distressed credit files (intensive care & restructuring as well as recovery phase);

in depth financial and legal analysis of debtors;

reviewing & evaluating existing and potential collaterals;

evaluating and preparing restructuring and recovery proposals/strategies;

negotiating with debtors, obligors, collateral providers, co-financiers, other stakeholders … etc.;

collaboration with liquidators, bankruptcy administrators, executors;

preparing credit applications to decision takers/committees;

executing of Bank’s strategy;

preparing legal documentation (jointly with legal advisor);

monitoring of exposures and collaterals.

what you need for success:

university or college degree in economics or other relevant academic background (sole legal degree is not sufficient, the job requests the ability to assess debtors’ financial profile);
min. 2 years experience in corporate lending;
risk and legal focused mindset;
advanced level of English language, both in writing and verbally (fluent English is advantage);
ability to work both alone and in team;
good communication and negotiation skills;
computer literacy (Ms Office and other office/banking applications);
open and creative mindset, ready to learn new skills.

advantage:

several years experience in managing of bad debts or corporate lending and/or credit risk mgmt;
understanding the (i) know-how of managing non-performing loans and the (ii) related legal system and regulatory environment;

location:

Our central office is located in IX. district of Budapest, Lechner Ödön fasor 9.
