While KBC GSH is part of an international group still has a family atmosphere. The growth is continous, 30% on a yearly basis and we are still expanding. Our Branch Office is to ensure not only the smooth recruitment for continous growth, but also the well-being of our community. Employees are located in various teams with Belgian hiring managers, therefore both sides needs HR support and communication, and that is what we provide. 

 

 

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with some interest in IT recruitment who is ready to expand their expertise into broader HR functions. You’ll support end-to-end recruitment processes, HR administrative tasks, and contribute to various HR initiatives, all while having the opportunity to develop further in the HR field.

 

Key Responsibilities:

IT Recruitment:

Support the full recruitment cycle for IT and tech-related roles, including job posting, organization of interviews, and offer management.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and be able to support our senior IT recruiter to filter CVs, and follow up outcome of interviews with hiring managers.

HR Administration:

Support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and managing databases.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

 

Opportunities to grow  and take over activities such as:

Contribute to employee engagement and development initiatives.

Support the implementation of HR projects and processes.

Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Interest in IT recruitment

Interest in expanding your career into broader HR functions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in handling administrative tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Fluency in English and Hungarian and proficiency in MS office.
